I think trans people are able to see past BS better because we grew up with folks telling us bs about ourselves. When we shedded those narratives, and found out how happy we are being right, it makes your worldview shift irrevocably. We see all the times we were gaslit by those who “loved us” (1/2)

Anyone who knows me well knows that I absolutely loathe 47. Having said that, stop blaming him for the plane crash tragedy. The FAA has been understaffed for years, through multiple administrations. His gutting of the FAA on his first day does not help, but in this case, it did not cause this. 🧵
