Our lemon tree produced a bunch of lemons so I’ve been trying out some random lemon drinks. I just made this lemonade with muddled blueberries. It’s pretty great.

1 part water
½ part lemon juice
½ part simple syrup

For the simple syrup I heated up:

1 part water
½ part mesquite honey
½ part sugar
