My favorite part of all this is that it was quick to prep since I batch prepped scallions days ago by washing, slicing, rewashing, and storing in a deli cup with paper towels.

I miss that naivety too.

But it helps seeing moments where people care, like having a friend host you when you’re down 😉

But yeah, if you find a way to feel any of that again, I’d want to hear about it.

390 F at 3 minutes, top side only: slightly crispy top, spongy with some slight texture throughout.

390 at 3 minutes top side, 390 at 2 minutes upside down: crispy top and bottom. Slightly bitter note on this one. It’s very faint, but the first one didn’t have it at all. Could try 350 bottom side
