As someone that podcasts and writes for a site, both just for the love of doing so, I second this. I work for a living - this is what I do for fun.
On our film podcast, @jqueasy.bsky.social and I just kinda plug along, not really paying attention to numbers or metrics. But it's hard to miss the little pop of extra listeners we've gotten over the last week or so. Interestingly, a lot of it seems to be coming from our earlier seasons.
