So, I'm trying to se if I can use quarto and Positron to create technical PDF reports for work, instead of using Word. It all works well until it comes to creating tables. They look so tricky? Am I missing something? The Visual editor looks a bit limited (e.g. how to merge cells (e.g. image)?).

I receive some lab test results in a simple normal table. All results are numerical but sometimes the lab reports values in the following format:
< 0.10
< 0.05

Any good strategy on dealing with this when working with these data in #rstats? Maybe @cghlewis.bsky.social ?
