This seems so terrifying in its implications, but then I wonder how they will implement it since they seem to have decimated the counter intelligence/domestic terrorism/cyber defense offices that presumably would have the expertise to do a lot of this for large number of Americans. 1/

The irony is, they complain about overseas laws attacking and criminalizing speech.
