It didn't used to be that way. But they've seen the dollar signs from their closed iOS ecosystem and have been slowly inching macOS towards that with every release.

Input lag / poor responsiveness. Things take too long to load, to scroll, for text to show up when typing... Most software is terrible.

Having these sorts of world altering decisions grounded in organic play patterns through multiple loops is one of my back burner / long term ideas. I'm looking forward to seeing where you go with this.

This is wonderfully presented. I'm part of a coop farm and we're trying our hand at community organizing in a few different contexts. Trying to externalize the process that has built our trust and resiliency. Deliberate, collective, slow. The only way.

Faramir remaining composed under his father's bludgeoning. The compassion Theodin shows for Grima after Isengard has been defeated. The theatrical cut has most of the negative examples left in. And the core of the story is Frodo's resistance, barely even with lots of support, of the ring.
