For those incapable of understanding nuance: no, I am not advocating against democracy. We don't have democracy in practice because our economic system is wholly undemocratic. The electoral processes of liberal (read: capitalist) states are charades.

Politicians and rich people only condemn violence as "political" when it kills someone rich and famous.
When trans people are targeted for violence by the state or by right wing influencers, when immigrants are racially profiles and put in camps, when protestors are brutalized, that's just normal.
