A bit late to the party, but I will always recommend Hajime no Ippo. I enjoy boxing, and it hits a certain itch for me, but it also has some good slice of life moments. Although some jokes and interactions are… dated.

We can only hope they revisit a few franchises or port them over! Unfortunately it all depends on what Tsujimoto will focus on going forward, so only time will tell.

We certainly are, although I wish Capcom would give as much love to some of their other franchises… But I digress on that part. I just hope they fix monster scaling to ailments and stuns for multiplayer, and add more viable gunlances!

Aye, it seems to be a continuation of the 4/4U storyline. It certainly makes you wonder what they will add roster wise knowing that. It would be fun to see Kecha back, or perhaps the “final” update in the future being held for Dalamadur. There are so many possibilities!

It really does feel like Mizu is the most beloved of the Fated Four from the Capcom side of things, not that I am complaining… I am curious to see what else they cook up over the games life span.

While all 14 weapons feel pretty good this go around, certain mechanics and features are once again goofy or overshadowed. I have no doubt title updates and the inevitable expansion will fix things I currently have issue with, only time will tell!

About the only times I’ll comment on something I dislike is if I see someone incredibly passionate about it, not to stir up anything, but to see if there was something I initially missed or if I approached it wrong. It has helped me give a few books, shows, movies and games a second chance.

Nah, I get you. I was being a bit joking with the initial post, as some people honestly do that. I think something that has been lost, and this is only opinion, is that not everyone has to vibe with what we personally enjoy and vice versa. It’s fine to let people enjoy what they do and leave it be.

“Disliking” and “crap talking” the game because of saying I was burnt out and it didn’t capture me. So I do agree, it depends on how you word things and who you talk to. But some people are weird about it…

Honestly I believe you will be fine! The game has some tedious features, but as long as you take your time with it and learn what it offers, it’s not too bad. The world tendencies and check point system can be a hassle, but if you want to experience it, go for it!

Man, that is a blast from the past. Both have their merits, but I also found myself listening to Chevelle a heck of a lot more than I ever did Deftones.

I haven’t played much of anything today, taking a small break from things. Wilds has been a hoot, although a lot of the end game feels a bit easy with what we have now. I am very much looking forward to whatever they do with master rank when it is added.

I don’t think people truly grasp the scaling too much these days. A game is either 10/10 or not worth it to many people, despite there being no objectively perfect game. I still want to check this out, just odd that people say an 8/10 is a flop… what a weird time we live in.
