A southern lass now living the rural life on a 3 acre smallholding @ Drummoddie on the Isle of Whithorn. Never a dull moment.
Keen nature lover, fruit and veg grower and gardener.
Bookworm too.
Gosh, so organised. Still finding my feet after moving from Hampshire to s w Scotland. Soooo much to learn and soooo much to do, but loving every day away from the hustle and bustle.

We get used to what we are given, given time.. Love ❤️ to follow you, even though to compare is hard, being opposite sides of the world.

Swap your 32 for 3.2 as it is here in bonny scotland today. Although 32 is a tad too hot!

New to the rural lark!! Even newer to the ins and outs of solar panels and whether to get batteries. Was hoping a smart meter would be first step to help get our heads around it all.

Interesting. We have very good mobile signal so that would work. What was so infuriating is the company that said we could not have a smart meter is the very same supplier the farm next door has got their smart meter with. I will have a look into that thanks.

We can't even get a smart meter installed. Claim poor WAN signal. Yet both the farms either side of us have smart meters. Go figure?

The fairest of gingers. Found abandoned in barn next to us. Still to be named....Took nearly a week to tempt across the track to ours for an easy life.

Never ending jobs, you must be exhausted. Light at the end of the tunnel must be nearing.

Swap you for 5 degrees with an easterly that makes it feel like -5. Offer still stands for a sheep scratcher.
