First, I thought the complaint was that they wouldn’t mobilize men under 25, and now they want a smaller army, huh. Second, why are we placing limits on the victim? What are Russia’s concessions? It doesn’t matter though this plan is designed to fail on purpose, as Russia will reject it in any form
