Storm Éowyn, tonight/tomorrow morning, is expected to be one of the most violent storms Ireland has experienced. Severe warning issued by Government to stay indoors, avoid unnecessary travel, and take action to protect yourself and your property.

Proud to vote this evening for the draft Programme for Government & support the return of Fine Gael to government. Stability, security & enterprise were the key themes of the evening. I look forward to what we can deliver over the next term in government.

Got through some good reading over the Christmas break. Some very interesting insights from Blair in his new book - particularly in his chapters on policy & the need for government's to embrace new technologies for their State's to continue to thrive.
