We were thrilled to host Matthew Moy, our first intern, at #Enzinc Manf Tech Center. When he joined in 2020 the anodes were 1cm & made in the tube furnace on the table. Now, commercial-size 16cm is made in the production furnace behind us. He is working on his PhD at #MIT & we are very proud of him.

If all 283.4 mil U.S. vehicles used our nickel-zinc #battery instead of the lead acid all cars (even EVs) use for lights and ancillary systems, we’d take about 7.17 billion (with a B!) pounds of weight out of vehicles, resulting in massive fuel savings. #thinkzinc #greensky
