Sanctions are an important measure that the Australian Government must enforce on Israel to aid in stopping the genocidal war crimes and atrocities committed against innocent Palestinian civilians, on Palestinian land.

It’s symbolic in the sense that, when has any verbal or non binding action done anything to stop Israels genocide. Sanctions Now.

And so they should! Our government has totally lost the plot. Most things coming out of the Middle East stem from Israels unpunished genocide of Palestinian civilians.

The beauty of a #nudeportrait is that it doesn’t need to be considered art to hold meaning, but it can still be art. What matters is that it respectfully captures and portrays the human in frame, honouring them as their own unique person!

It can absolutely be worth it, one of my favourite nude portraits is also under very similar conditions! Although digital. It was almost a photo I didn’t process due to the seemingly harsh conditions. It helped me learn to love bright sunny days 😊

Availability of diversity in commercial photography has probably really only been a thing over the past 10 years, less so before then. Even now it seems pretty limited and still mostly conservative. Nude diversity is a whole different thing and mostly still hiding on conservative platforms 😕

That's incredible to hear! It must be a thing then because I have spoken to a young woman with a similar family connection to having posed nude. I can imagine it would be very empowering and normalising to have a supportive parent.

Incredible! When I read your previous post about Nicole in 1994, I wondered if she would have continued with her modelling or how her life panned out after doing a nude shoot.
Globally, we don't see nearly enough representation of women beyond the ages of 30!
