Wendy Powell is envys voice. Sorry, but fma (03 & 09) are some of the few anime I actually prefer the dubs of. I can't imagine envy being voiced by anybody else. Their Japanese VA did good. Don't get me wrong. But Wendy Powell just has the absolutely perfect voice for envy.
