i either read for 8 hours straight or don’t touch a book for 8 months there is no in between

Focusing on the fact that Tr*mp is a felon doesn’t sit right with me given the fact that the US has extremely high incarceration rates, disproportionately so for Black, Brown, Indigenous, and other folks of the global majority.

I believe that we need to find joy. I believe that joy is an act of resistance.
I also believe that joy doesn’t always have to come at the expense of ignoring voices that need to be heard so you can uplift a voice of yet another white man parroting what he’s heard from Black women.

I would like to stop learning. I know enough. Leave me alone.
