Lack of sleep. No desire to be on electronics longer than necessary for work. Sharp pain flare ups in my hand/wrist. Migraine and neck pain some days too.

Like... Fuck. I miss spending time with my partners. I also need to listen to my body when my nerves feel like they're on fire.

I'm up for basically 18 hours starting at 4am from my cat waking me up for food.. Then work 8-5(sometimes 6), only to try and sleep by 9 but unable to fall asleep until 11 most nights again.

I'm fucking exhausted. I'm lucky if I get more than 5 hours of sleep a day.
