We shouldn't hesitate to call Trump a malignant narcissist, since he more than meets the DSM definition, and it alerts the unsuspecting that the "boldness" and "aggressiveness" they so admire are symptoms of a world view that truly doesn't give a damn about any person or thing other than themselves.
