checked the Z-A website just to make sure and yeah, nintendo's name is there

I checked the japanese website and nintendo isn't listed as a publisher specifically, just the pokemon company. maybe this is a weird edge case?

i found these unstickered but in the clearance corner of the one nearby, which two of these are most worth picking up

they have another one of these in the works btw. slated to be announced this year (i'm assuming it's not NG4 because hayashi has no presence in that announcement)
