Lesson learned: Do not talk about technology things on Bluesky if you're not willing to deal with unsolicited opinions on whatever it was you did. How about we all just assume that something was done for a particular reason, go "huh, okay then" and move on?

I gotta be honest, today is the first time in a while I’ve actually started to feel older. Not just physically - there are just so many signs that my way of thinking about things is increasingly incompatible with the folks I interact with all day who are significantly younger.
