Here’s the thing, though. 23rd or 24th century folks are not speaking with our current idioms. They have their own, but we don’t know what they are, and we don’t want to spend time decoding them. So, Trek—All Trek— is translated into the idiom it’s made in.

If Trump doesn’t understand something, he assumes nobody does, because in his mind he’s at the top level. FFS, *I* know how to make an electromagnet. If I know it, *anybody* could understand it, but Trump has no intellectual curiosity.

So, what Johnson is saying is "We have a plan for you to get healthcare. Don't you worry your pretty little heads over it."

Even if this were true, and it isn't, I would like to answer the question he poses. Why should they get medical services? Because they are humans who need medical services. This should be a basic human right. Anyone who needs healthcare gets healthcare. Don't worry about where they are from.
