Clearly illegal. Even IF they have evidence there are drugs on board, they don't know the destination, many of these crafts cannot even reach the US. Clearly being judge, jury and executioner without any process is illegal. And expensive. A missile costs more than an interdiction.

And there will be no investigation or consequences. They do this because they know they are free to do whatever they want. Anyone still think we are having a presidential election?

Laws do not matter to these people. When this is all over and all the evidence comes out (they will erase everything, so everyone will at least get hit with a records act violation). We can only hope that Trump doesn't pardon his whole admin. Which he will.

We all predicted this. Most of us already know democracy is over. We all know he won't allow a free, fair election. With his new powers he's just gonna change the vote, and there is nothing anyone can do about it. He'll call it an emergency.

This decision will essentially decide if Democracy is over or has a change. If they rule he can call anything he wants an emergency, then it's all over. There is no congress actually write a law that defines an emergency. Congress essentially set us up for dictatorship why making ambiguous laws.

The only issue is that Trump leaving office will pardon everyone for any crimes they may have committed. Out system has a massive loop hole. Trump and Co have taken advantage of lack of enforcement and will not leave power.

That kind of talk is immediate permanent ban now. Rule 1 violation. Reddit has gone full AI authoritarianism removing anyone on the left for "hate". Because AI can't tell the difference. I tested it and got banned. Try saying I hate MAGAts like I hate peanut butter. They'll throw you off.
