Agreed, BTM is helpful everywhere. I do think the demand destruction part of it is well understood in CAISO. I do wonder how well PJM models it out, and that seems to be the region most straining to "solve for the next few years."

I'm seeing VPP talk in CAISO. Some recognition about behind the meter happening in NYISO and even ERCOT. Granted, it may be missing from PJM dialog.

Plenty of recent headlines pointing out that Australia just curtailed a huge amount of renewables, too.
