During this off season training block, it’s okay to eat. It’s okay if the scale goes up a little. You don’t have to earn your food.
Enjoy meals with loved ones and not stress.

While doing side crutches on the back extension frame, a dude tried to grab my dumbbell in the middle of my set.
He didn’t ask, I wasn’t struggling in the slightest, he just decided to “help.”
Give folks with weights in their hands a wide berth and don’t distract someone while they are lifting.
