I suffered with it during chemo as it’s one of the side effects. I only occasionally get it now in bed and if I turn my head it seems to fix it now. I don’t know how you put up with it permanently.

What a prick.

My Gp referred me to gynaecologists who would deny treatment cause I was trans. They wanted two referrals and at that point I was private so no help was forthcoming. Transplus actually helped me when I reached out and told my GP to refer to their surgeon. Literally saved my life.

I used to do a lot of videos about my experience on TikTok and my YouTube (currently offline) but am very happy to go into detail with you about it. Ayden Dowling also suffered with it and that’s how I realised the issue. No Dr would believe or help me except my GP but it’s very common with taking T

It is T related atrophy and it gets worse and it took me years to find a clinic and surgeon that knew about it and actually helped me. I’ve been pain free for 3 years now.

Hi, I suffered with this badly for years particularly when exercising and sex. Would also bleed after sex and would crap myself cause of the pain. Turned out I had Adenomyosis, fibroids and encased ovaries. This was only found out after I had a hysto though. It started about 2 yrs on T.

The textbook pictures/explanation are the far ends of the scale. It’s definitely not clear cut as that. As someone that studied forensic anthropology there is the odd obvious skeleton that is identifiable but the majority of the time it’s actually difficult. Even more so if only a few bones.

Just to add the reason this is working is because of the food I’m eating. It’s high in protein, fibre and really tasty. So I don’t even want to eat anything else and don’t have cravings for crisp & biscuits. My treat is a grenade bar, and I still drink Pepsi max. You can’t out train a bad diet.
