I’ve got to be a bmi of 27 for Phalloplasty I’ve started to get back in shape. Since mum died in 2023 I’ve been stress eating anything whilst being inactive. Restarted Bodycoach. In 24 days I’ve gone from the left to the right of the photos. Lost an inch all over. 5 HIITs a week, 8000 steps daily.

Based on the Glastonbury sets I’ve seen so far (I’ve not watched Sundays yet) these are the artists I’ve enjoyed: The 1975, Gracie Abram’s, Jade, Nova Twins, Scissor Sisters, Biffy Clyro.
I intend to check out Wolf Alice, Inhaler, Franz Ferdinand and Snow Patrol.

I’m sad it’s over. Andor is just brilliant story telling. It’s way better than GOT in terms of the ending being very well written. No one talks about GOT anymore as it’s tarnished by the last couple of seasons. Disappointing.
Is Andor up there with Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, and others as one of the best shows of all time?
