Turns the new chunk fade animation from 25w44a into a dithering effect instead of a fog fade

First look at a new resourcepack im working on that will improve the look of the stars in minecraft!

This is made for 25w17a but I may backport it to some older versions. Also it’s not final, all of of this could change before it’s finished

Here’s one of the new features: fireflies will spawn when interacting with grass-like blocks in swamps at night!

Firefly bushes act similarly but they can spawn fireflies no matter the biome or time of day

I've got creative tabs working! Modded vertical slabs appear in the respective mod's tab. The ordering is a bit weird in the search tab but i dont think i can really fix that.

Tasty Items is almost finished, here's some animations for the last few foods!
