I’m glad the city and RIDOT worked quickly to put in some bike lane protection but … is this finished? If you only do poles for one section, it does not fix the problem.

My mom got me a puzzle table for my birthday and I am SO stoked. It swivels! We love doing puzzles and the cats absolutely lose their minds over the pieces so hopefully this will keep them off of there. Excited to start this RI puzzle!

Highly recommend riding around southern Newport with 60 of your @bikenewportri.bsky.social friends to admire the moon and water. Barring that, go check out the harvest super moon before she sets.

I’m in WA for work through this weekend and though lots of things are bad, I get to spend this weekend in community with people who care about the ocean and also we saw otters play under the moon last night. The world remains beautiful.

After reading this @axios.com linked article, I checked whether our Newport CVS has the new Covid vax available. They do, but they ask if you have any conditions that put you at high risk, and if you click no, this is the pop up you get 👇

Yes we were mainly there for the community activism but look how cute my partner and I are 🙂 So proud to attend demonstrations with the person I love so we can work together for a better future for us and our community.

This is the fastest I’ve ever received a response from @reed.senate.gov though it may be from a previous outreach and not this morning’s chat with a staffer. Any level of starvation is unacceptable and we cannot continue to sit by and shake our heads while Palestinians are murdered.
