🔍 We found:
Class 1: Older, worse baseline cognition (despite exclusion of people with existing dementia), higher depression, and more signs of brain injury/neurodegeneration (GFAP, NfL, sTREM2).
Class 2: Fewer symptoms, better baseline cognition.
