How on earth can @octranspo.com claim to be ready for Federal Government RTO? They have driven countless customers off the system with bad service already? Where’s the magic capacity going to suddenly going to come from? Looking forward to the media asking some hard questions.

It starts with being only a couple of minutes late to Innovation B, now as we’ve arriving at Eagleson, we’re five minutes behind schedule. As a consequence the chances of arriving at Tunney’s on schedule and thus in time to get my connecting bus are already slim.

@helps.octranspo.com Last minute cancellations do not help passengers plan their trips. Not a fan of having to walk around the horseshoe at Tunney’s to find that the bus that was GPS confirmed when I started that walk was cancelled by the time I got to the other side of the horseshoe

This transit system is in a death spiral because OC Transpo can’t deliver predictable reliable service. You know the thing that we’re promised every time service is cut and fares raised again….
