@helps.octranspo.com You know what would be great? Some consistency. I take the 63 from Innovation to Tunney’s regularly. Usually I can make it with 5 - 8 minutes to spare to catch my connecting bus. this morning, different driver and I can already tell that I will easily miss my connecting bus,

@helps.octranspo.com You know what would be great? Some consistency. I take the 63 from Innovation to Tunney’s regularly. Usually I can make it with 5 - 8 minutes to spare to catch my connecting bus. this morning, different driver and I can already tell that I will easily miss my connecting bus,

@helps.octranspo.com Route 13 Tunney’s remains an unreliable disaster during the afternoon rush hour. Do literally any of the runs during afternoon rush hour run on time? New ways to bus? More like worse ways to bus.

@helps.octranspo.com Well, I can see that my regular 13 from Gatineau to Tunney’s is already showing as cancelled. You know when walking the bridge to Pimisi is quicker and more reliable than Octranspo….you might have a reliability problem

@helps.octranspo.com Cancelling buses on next to no notice isn’t reliable service. On my usual 63 in to Tunney’s, check to see if the 7:16 13 to Gatineau is on time. App says it is. Get to Tunney’s, walk to the stop, 5 minutes later and in that time it’s been cancelled. Do better

@helps.octranspo.com Your schedule/real time tracking of buses is next to useless. Trying to get a 13 or an 8 out of Gatineau and supposed times for buses to arrive keep changing by wild amounts. Buses simply vanish despite showing five minutes ago as arriving in 2 minutes. Not reliable.
