Australia's Clean Energy Regulator Act that creates the Clean Energy Regulator does not contain a definition of 'clean energy'. When I phoned them up the operator could not tell me the definition they work with. classic.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/cth... 'clean energy' includes CCS.

If they were truly commited they would have commended Lidia Thorpe for asking Minister McCarthy in estimates last week what Labor plans to do about the CATSI Act reform process it cancelled. But Davis and Anderson prefer to be very general in their criticisms. parlinfo.aph.gov.au/parlInfo/dow...
