the video players at netflix/amazon would just need to support them

and netflix/amazon clearly have the resources to improve their subtitle rendering

cr already supports tons of features for their subtitle renderer and having two tracks one normal for w/e else isn’t really difficult to produce either.

not a streamer but afaik there are like obs things that basically let you overlay a website but you make the background invisible so you can just use twitch popout chat. i assume people use other websites tho that are like prettier and stuff
