And now for something completely different to brighten up your timeline... My dear Honey has taken to sitting majestically in a children's playhouse. It keeps her off the ground and safe from afternoon rain, with an added bonus of being able to surveil her kingdom from above.

Empty Chair Town Hall was a great experience. I wish I could have stayed the whole time, but my sign got some love. Super easy when your congressman has a name like Crank (loved the speaker who said to not call them representatives because they aren't representing us!)

My dear aunt again... She was instructed by her management to respond, so she did, the. She took down the flag hanging outside her house.

Some faces of Bingo to brighten your day. He is my good good boy, pibble/heeler mix (well, that's what the humane society said...) he loves nothing more than spending hours on end running along our fence barking at/with the neighbors dogs. Also loves jumping out fence just to jump back again.

Because I need to think of anything but the state of the world, let's do something completely different. This is what a stomach that's lost over 100lbs in about a year and a half looks like. My kids call it my floppy skin. I wasn't unhealthy 100lbs heavier, but I'm far more active now. #rny #wls

#thisiswhatyouvotedfor part 2 has already occurred, this time with less faith in his humanity. Told him of the budget plan to cut tax deductions for mortgage interest. That would seriously hurt us. Here's what I got... I did push back in our conversation about the 'better than it would have been

FedEx is trying to make me crazy. My brother in law's present was delivered to the wrong address (I do love getting pictures of the package so I can see, yeah, that's not my house. Especially when some drivers try to protect us from porch pirates.)

Small town traditions make the holidays worthwhile. Palmer Lake, CO lights this star on the side of the mountain since 1935, with a chili supper with cinnamon rolls to benefit the fire department, and, of course, Santa. My boys love this time with their Gramps, I love the memories we're making.

Hello folks- 40yo #audhd mom of two who had #gastricbypass 10.3.23 lost 100lbs. Millennial nerd /recovering people pleaser Guessing this will consist of silly thoughts, protein shakes and gym thoughts. Maybe some pics hoping for some extra attention. Let's start there for today.
