I only have a few wins right now. And some of them are over productive cucumber and banana pepper plants… this was my first time canning anything! The one jar I refrigerator pickled was delicious 🤞🏼 on how the others turn out. Still have tons left to make more if they suck. #backyardgarden #canning

I was prepared for aphids, I was prepared for bees, I was prepared for spiders, caterpillars, mosquitoes, ants, and a dozen other creepy crawlies in my #backyardgarden adventures. I was not prepared for SLUGS!!! 🤢🤮 Here I am 5+ years sober buying beer for slug traps 🤦🏽‍♀️ it feels so wrong.

The world may be really gloomy and everything is on fire…
But my first seedlings started to sprout today and I don’t think I’ve ever been prouder of myself for anything.
