In Golspie at present where I had my first ‘big break’ when the late Jim Henderson, editor of the Northern Times, took me with him to photograph the opening of the bridge across the Dornoch Firth. Jim was the heart and soul of this place. I wouldn’t be doing what I am now without his encouragement.
