thank you! I loved the Sister Friend book, it was a really touching exploration of how prior experiences can impact kids' perceptions of each other, and the way that shared language allowed the resolution was very well done!

We had bomb threats and in-person intimidation. I am not so sure it’s about clout. And even clout is just another form of power. So I really do hope this guy gets severe legal consequences, pour encourager les autres.

Also, I am really sorry this happened in your town. My local library and school district was made into a target by a national right wing propagandist AND a local right wing activist and it was terrible and upsetting. Still feeling the effects.

And as a concerned working professional whose industry doesn’t deserve to be attacked this way, you deserve strong condemnatory statements from the leaders of your town and local political parties—they should prick their ears when people talk about how their business is affected by crime!

Hope they nail him to the wall with charges. Write or call your county DA and let him or her know this prosecution will play a big role in your decision about their potential reelection!
