I still think we'll lose and maybe we'd have a better chance if there had been a much smoother transition to this generation but still all things considered, this is an unusual feeling

I'm a big fan of World's Strongest Man and have been trying to get into shape for an outside run at next year's competition. I think I'm making good progress, especially at the kettle bell toss, but unfortunately I am now banned from most gyms in the Cardiff area

So I turned down a free ticket for Wales v South Africa yesterday and instead went all the way to Llandovery only for the match to be called off 20 minutes before we arrived. Still the Wales performance was so bad that I don't regret that decision
