I think “Your party” is already dead in the water. I was initially excited about the idea but the transphobia, misogyny and financial messing about, a self sabotaging culture, has finished it.

It’s maddening. Despite the research showing clearly that women’s pain is disproportionately dismissed or treated as psychogenic, this persists.
Also, men’s psychogenic pain is more likely to be treated as organic, and their emotional pain overlooked.
Patriarchy screws us all.

It’s maddening. Despite the research showing clearly that women’s pain is disproportionately dismissed or treated as psychogenic, this persists.

Exactly, at a recent appointment, the medic decided now was a good time to discuss psychogenic pain, before referring to another one who, immediately after reviewing CT scans, suggested bilateral shoulder replacement. The womb was safe and untethered.
