Inordinately pleased with the proof of concept for @themountaingoats.bsky.social shoelaces, even though I forgot what an S looked like at least twice. Learning new crafts to cope with stress wins again!!!

Already fucked up (too wide, no pretty hexagons in the final version ig) and changed my mind about the color during the warping but! This is practice! And learning new skills rules.

Spending my post call day teaching myself to make shit with the inkle loom by weaving @themountaingoats.bsky.social themed shoelaces that read WAGE WARS GET RICH DIE HANDSOME. Or possibly summoning cthulhu depending on how quick I figure out how the charts work. TBD.
