With PRGT and Ksi Lisims LNG, this government is rolling out the red carpet for Donald Trump’s inner circle of American oligarchs to buy and control even more of our province. The only path forward is collective resistance. Follow and support: @laxyipyouth (instagram), @gitanyowchiefs (instagram)

The Gitxsan, Gitanyow and Lax Kw'alaams stopped PRGT 1.0 in its tracks in 2013. We will win this fight again.

My mom spent her teen years here, it was a treat to learn more about this beautiful place and the people who are in it for the long haul to protect it. (3/3)

The genocide of the Palestinian people by the Israeli state follows the same logic and has the same goal. Both Canada and Israel claimed to settle lands “without people” - an imaginary that required erasing those already there. Canada's silence on this genocide reflects our unresolved guilt.

Colonial violence has harmed people and land around the world. We have barely begun to reckon with our own country's bloody history of eradication and assimilation.

We can never undo the devastating impact of genocidal regimes, but we can work to educate, agitate, and build a world where everyone is truly free.

The fracked gas being exported is dirtier than coal, and Carney and Eby are pretending this is ‘clean growth’ while they gamble with our climate, taxpayer dollars, and Indigenous rights. It’s up to us to spook investors and thwart a final investment decision. /3

The Ksi Lisims terminal will be built in Korea and floated over, which means the steel and high-paid construction jobs are overseas. Meanwhile, British Columbians are stuck with the pollution and higher energy bills, but very few lasting local jobs. /3
