New fence is up after Helene ripped out my old one. If anyone in Asheville area needs a fence, I know a guy!

My mom introduced me to Karin Slaughter. I binge read all of her Grant County books in October, which I am still recovering from. Now I am reading her Will Trent series. Excited to watch the show once I finish the books. They have been a wonderful escape for me since Hurricane Helene. #BookSky 💙📚

The audiobook debate is remarkably narrow. Reading aloud was a group activity for centuries and I actually argue that people who struggle with classic lit should try an audiobook as it was likely that the original audience enjoyed it aloud.
