The only nesting urge I have had for the last 3 weeks was to make coffee cake. Today I finally made it and it turned out AMAZING. 10/10 will eat the entire cake pan before noon.

Teach your dog where to puke. Best accidental training I ever did was to teach the dog to puke in the walk in shower. He goes there by himself now any time he has an upset tummy in the middle of the night. Cleanup is a breeze.

Fun side effect of pregnancy that you probably don't hear about as much: fingie soreness. Kinda linked to carpal tunnel funness, but also a separate issue because joints are too relaxed.

Progesterone in oil gives the worst super powers. I have a super nose, I can smell the peanut in a peanut m&m from 15 ft away. Root Beer has more flavors than ever before. Everything is so much more intense & I can fall asleep anywhere. At least there's an embryo on board now.🤞🤞

11 days until a lil embryo goes on a magic journey. Trying to not panic (comes and goes). Trying to be good about my shots (I had so many dull needles 😭). Trying to cut back on caffeine (Matcha once a day is not enough). Just trying to get to the next thing 😵💫

Our little dog was attacked today by an unleashed dog. Not every dog should be off leash.
Normally I'm pretty chill about off leash dogs. I do it for my cattle dog who needs to run BUT I always ALWAYS check the surrounding area. If there are people or other dogs he's immediately back on the leash.

Our little dog was attacked today by an unleashed dog. Not every dog should be off leash.

Every thanksgiving we stop at this tiny drive thru that has the best cheeseburger in the state and they've been closed the last 4 times we've made the jaunt. Today they're open....but all out of burger patties until the weekend. My heart is broken. I have been looking forward to this burger all day😭
