Technology is so cool... I wish it could like, you know, be cool without all the fascistic police state nonsense or capitalism data harvesting. Even AI has the potential to be cool if we use it on the right things (NOT ART) and find a way to use it without killing the planet's ability to host us.

I can eat a New York Strip steak made with beef raised in Australia... But I can't go there to bite my girlfriend who lives there. PLUS Capitalism incentivizes them to not let me live there because me being autistic means I'm just a burden to their taxpayers.

Whenever I'm getting imposter syndrome over how smart I am, I can always turn to the morbid fact that unintelligent people don't look at the world around them and get incredibly depressed at how the world is run, and how we are capable of so much MORE. So much suffering could be entirely avoided...

Random Rambling but it's a... Mixed bag being no-contact with basically all of your family. Like it's super neat not having to deal with the bullshit you KNOW they aren't gonna stop... But like, family's kinda a big deal. I miss it sometimes. Even if you hate the gatherings they're still important.

The amount of tourists (and the rare non-tourist) dragging Dawntrail's MSQ has made it hard to take any critique of it seriously. There's definitely valid critiques to be made, but I enjoyed it for the most part so I just don't even bother listening to people who want to discuss it.

I refuse to be apathetic towards a world filled with so much cruelty. I will be angry or sad or whatever else I may feel and embrace that feeling because I know we could do so much better; we just refuse to because pleasing corporate shareholders is apparently a much higher priority for society.
