Transgender people or gender dysphoria. Of course not. How else can they get SEGM to dictate the "care".

how the judiciary is intent on rolling out more guidance that disproportionately targets trans people. Also: isn't it a bit strange how the UK is seemingly only capable of producing stats about the trans community for the prison service yet spectacularly fails to produce meaningful data elsewhere.

EHRC might have played a devious stunt on that: the guidance is no longer on their website. No doubt they will now argue that there is no case to be judged on.

And the unhinged section in their guidance on behaviour in a court of law, where misgendering and treating trans people with disrespect has been codified into the Equal Treatment Bench Book. Might be worthwhile to dig into that one in a follow up article?

in a very fast manner with guidance being rewritten and even tackling points that weren't listed as part of their objectives at all. As well, ir is noticeable how they consistently seem to decide against requests for anonymity from trans people while granting it to anyone gender critical.

Great article. And very insightful. My fear however is the judiciary itself, who clearly are on board with the whole gender critical movement. And they are causing a lot of issues. What stands out in their approach is how they've taken to change their approach about trans people, and they did so

At no point in his relentless campaign against trans people has Graham ever said that we're a tine percentage who want to live our lives differently and should be left alone. It is as far from the truth as you can get. Graham has relentlessly attacked and bullied the trans community.

All the way over in Adelaide. You know, Australia, the country where a judge had the common sense to discard Joyce as a witness because of her complete lack of expertise on the matter of gender dysphoria. The new grift, which they had the gall to name Gender Healthcare Summit www.casc.ltd/2025-event

I almost forgot...the Biology Matters project was setup with the support of Joanna Cherry, Rosie Duffield and Baroness Jenkin of Kennington in 2022. Just so we're all clear on who's driving it.

And we do well to remember that both Karin Smyth as well as Wes Streeting were already cosying up to Policy Exchange in the year before the election. They are fully on board with them.

And not just that, but even Kishwer Falkner's daughter worked for them. And Policy Exchange have a dedicated project called Biology Matters. This is currently already on its 5th publication in their relentless attack on the transgender community. If we want to turn the tide, we need to tackle them.

From this document it is now blatantly clear that patients should expect no treatment at all from the NHS except for some misguided mental health support. They have zero intention to provide patients with any form of affirmative care.

Instead of helping them, the government basically only offers them mental support and further strongly advises to discontinue treatment rather than oppose GPs who refuse to prescribe. It should be absolutely clear that given the position the government is taking, the clinical study will be nothing
