History shows such papers are not worth anything. The Soviet Union and Finland had a mutual non-aggression treaty, which the S.U. unilaterally announced terminated on the 28. November 1939, and then attacked Finland on 30. November.

I really wish I had time to write more about the history of Social #Democracy in #Finland and the Nordics, in part because I think it would be valuable to understand that #welfare state wasn't built in a day.

And that the work is both boring and neverending. Utopias are processes, not destinations.
