Now, the presentation of the drag itself has taken a bit of a backseat, and the bulk of the work has shifted to the production side of things—the things that help my drag be contextualized.

"Doing" drag, personally, used to be about getting into it and maintaining it throughout the commute, pre-show and show, getting as many good photos and videos as possible, and the show itself took little to no preparation and most of it is improvised.
