So it's been 2 days and I've already seen the ghiblification of war crimes, racism, antisemitism and fascism.
Great to be living in the future. No anti-gravity, no teleportation, no world peace but this, unaffordable homes, rising fascism and the planet still goes to shit. Thanks for that.

The replication System in Unreal is just something I always have to relearn after not dealing with it for a while. I just rediscovered that UObjects don't support replication and I had to redo a days work... Now I just use Actors. Any advice which class to use for arbitrary data instead of actors?

I try to go for simple geometry, often beveled, stylized textures, preferably all using a master material with a texture array. The motivation behind it is saving time with an easy workflow while having a pleasant look.

As a teen in the late 2000s strangers from our town contacted me to fix their pc issues. Never ever tell anyone you know your way around PCs 😅
as a kid, i fixed my parent's computer. as an adult I fix my kids's computer. pretty sure we are the only gen that knows how computers work

Although I love the UE5 volumetric clouds, I wanted to go for a more stylized look. I made these simple clouds in Blender and got a nice look with a simple shader. Hope you all like it, tell me what you think 😊
