We are deeply saddened by the passing of #EmergeAlum Colorado State Sen. Faith Winter, a trailblazer who dedicated her life to public service and empowering women in leadership. She will be missed. Her legacy will live on for years to come.

Erika Evans, the former Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney who resigned in protest of Pam Bondi and the unethical DOJ of the Trump administration, won her race for Seattle City Attorney, defeating a MAGA Republican incumbent to become the first Black woman to hold the position.
