Pro tip: don’t write a paper in your profs area of research and then misquote, plagiarize, and make up citations. Especially in a very small field. They probably know everyone you’ve cited and all their work. They can probably send a quick text to check.

PSA: In online meetings, don’t call people out for having their camera off. They may have a very valid reason and may not be comfortable sharing that with everyone on the call. If they are participating and engaging in the way they need to, move on.

He announced his plans to annex Greenland - in front of the NATO head.
